POSITIONS REQUESTED FOR TRAVINH UNIVERSITY
The following seven (7) positions are requested by Travinh University (http://www.tvu.edu.vn/en/), a university college located in the Southern part of Vietnam, in one of its less fortunate provinces where the needs in postsecondary education are particularly high. Travinh University is given the mandate for training human resources for Tra Vinh province (See, for example, http://www.wompom.ca/vietnam/vnprovinc811.htm) as well as other neighbouring areas in the Mekong Delta. Tra Vinh University, because of its past structure as a community college, has had extensive collaboration with Canadian community colleges and is presently the 151st member of the Canada Association of Community Colleges.
For all the positions advertised, Tra Vinh University will ensure adequate accommodation and living expenses for volunteers, means of local transport in Vietnam, computer and office facility. In a number of cases, if resources are available, return air fares to Vietnam are also provided. Although details such as start dates and durations of stay are stated, modifications can be made according to the availability of trainers and experts. These positions are open to Canadian as well as to international applicants.

He/she will offer workshops to staff at Tra Vinh University from 2 to 3 weeks; and, if possible, he/she will continue training the staff by online learning courses.Supporting teachers in technical and professional skills to organize online training courses (by Internet) + Training in methods for organizing online training courses
